The issuer is in the business of providing green technologies in the commercial wind industry in a more efficient manner than conventional wind turbines as seen on large wind farms throughout the countryside. The wind power industry is currently undergoing a period of rapid globalization and consolidation, with much of the recent wind farm development occurring outside the older established markets. Headwind is strategically targeting the individual consumer, whether it be for recreational or residential use, Headwinds product is silent, low profile and portable and fulfills the goals of many consumers which is to reduce their costs of electricity and/or get off the grid entirely. Because the turbine is scalable it can easily translate into more commercial uses as well.
